Liam is 1!!

Liam is 1!!  My baby boy is 1 year old!  I can't believe how fast the year has flown by, and how uneventful considering his birth!  Liam is getting bigger every day.  For his birthday I decided to do a sock monkey party.  I don't know why, buy I became obsessed with Sock Monkeys!  I found a person that does great cakes (different from Landon's she couldn't do it this time).  She took my vision and helped make it a reality.  And, the day before his policy I went to Walgreens, where I found a huge Sock Monkey on clearance!  It was meant to be and looked great on the cake table!

Thanksgiving 2012

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I know we sure have a lot to be thankful for this year. We have 2 happy healthy baby boys (one who isn't a baby much longer, as he says, when he turned 5 I can't call him a baby anymore)!

This was Liam's first Thanksgiving!  For lunch time, we went with the Besore's to Cunningham's downtown for their Thanksgiving buffett. Then we went to their house for a bit afterwards.

After lunch with the Besore's we headed to by brothers house for Thanksgiving with my family.  Here is a shot of me and Liam :)

 

I made homemade cranberry sauce this year, and I have to say it was very yummy!  I also thought it was very pretty when it cooked.

 

 

Liam comes home!

 Liam finally got to come home!  After 4 weeks in NICU, Liam was cleared to come home.  They told me he was one of the smallest babies ever discharged at 3 lb 11 oz.   But he is healthy!  Just tiny :)

Because Liam is in the NICU, and it is RSV season, Landon can't go back to see his baby brother.  But, when Liam got moved to the CCN, the nurse there said she would take him to the window so Landon could see him.  He was so excited!  He wanted to take one of his cars so he can show baby Liam through the window, but when the time came, he was too in awe of his baby brother to remember about the car.  Landon is going to be such a good big brother, I can't wait until Liam is home and he can really get to meet him.
